1. Who we are

GlowInvoicing is operated by USMAN TECH ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you ("you", the organization you represent) agree to these terms.

2. The service

GlowInvoicing is online software for quotations, invoices, payments, recurring billing, reports and, where your plan includes it, submission of sales-tax invoices to the FBR Digital Invoicing system using your own FBR credentials.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login and any FBR token confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind the organization you register.

4. Plans, setup fee and payment

Paid plans have a one-time setup fee, charged once with your first paid term, and a recurring term price for the billing cycle you choose (monthly, 6 months or annual). Prices, limits and features are shown on the pricing page and in your Plan & Upgrade page, and may change for future purchases. Payment is by bank transfer; your plan starts or renews once we confirm your payment. Each plan has monthly limits (for example invoices per month) that apply however long your term is.

5. FBR Digital Invoicing

GlowInvoicing sends the invoice data you enter to FBR using your token. You remain responsible for your FBR registration, for the correctness and tax treatment of every invoice, and for complying with FBR rules. We are not FBR or PRAL, and we do not guarantee that FBR will accept an invoice or that its systems will be available. Invoices submitted to FBR cannot be edited here; corrections follow FBR's debit note process.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to send spam, to attempt to access other organizations' data, or to disrupt the platform.

7. Your data

You own the business data you put into GlowInvoicing. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for an export or for deletion, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or does not pay. When a paid term ends without renewal, your plan limits may revert to those of the Free plan; your data is not deleted because of that.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, including penalties or taxes assessed by any authority.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
